Let's start with the obvious - Get the body moving! Sure, we all love to settle in on the sofa with a hot drink and a feel good film however, it is important to fight the need to hibernate and schedule in your daily exercise! Soak up the vitamin D with a 30 minute walk. 

Not everyone enjoys running, the bike ride or doing 1,000 star jumps in their living room - so why not opt for Yoga or Pilates to help with core strength, relaxation and meditation.

With not much else going on, it can be tempting to raid the contents of the fridge or demolish the entire contents of the chocolate biccy cupboard. To help detox the body, we love a green tea or just simple hot water with a slice of lemon!
