Many of you have been in touch regarding your appointments so we thought it would be helpful to let you know how we are managing our future bookings.
What if I have missed an appointment due to COVID-19?
We are sorry your appointment was missed during our closure but we are committed to make sure you are prioritised upon reopening. Our team have done our best to attempt to contact all of those who had an appointment during lockdown. We deeply apologise if we were unable to reach you. Fantastic news if we did manage to secure you an appointment at your favourite Hair Ministry salon.
If we did not manage to reach you and we have your email details, you will be automatically added to our VIP list.
What if I want to postpone or cancel my current appointment?
We understand this is a difficult time and will affect everyone differently. You may feel you wish to be as safe as possible and want to push back or even cancel your appointment. This is ok, we kindly ask you let us know in advance. You can contact us here
How can I book a future appointment?
We have temporarily closed our online bookings and kept our phone lines closed to allow our team the time to prioritise those who missed their appointment during lockdown.
Our phone lines and normal online booking system will resume from July 4th.
If you are keen to secure an appointment we encourage you to download our app ready for when we do reopen. You can easily download our app for FREE below.
Those who have submitted their interest will receive a VIP online booking link straight to their inbox. You lucky things!
