Very friendly, felt at ease the entire time I was there. My hair is absolutely amazing, came out so much better than i thought it would. I usually cut and dye my own hair so it was 1st time I've ever been to a salon to get it done professionally and would definitely go again... My hair is beautiful. Thank you!

I got my hair restyled by Tia, I am typically very nervous in hairdressers/salons but all the staff were very friendly and Tia made me feel very comfortable. She really cared and paid attention when discussing the hairstyle beforehand which really helped me become at ease in the salon. I went in for a ‘Modern Mullet’ type style, my hair came out amazingly! She also kept me up to date on what she was doing/why, checked up on me throughout to ensure all was going smoothly and was also very considerate of my ear piercings! Overall a great experience, I will definitely be returning 🙂

Rosie was excellent, I was slightly unsure on the exact colour I wanted to go but Rosie went through the colours she believed would suit best and of course, she was right! I felt so relaxed and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I get how stressful and busy it must be for everyone but no one made you feel that was the case at all! My consultation with Rosie today was brilliant, she listened to what I wanted, so friendly and also suggested blonde tones that would suit my skin colour, answered any questions and also explained the process. It's my first time in the salon and it's really clean and professional and the lady at the door was very polite. I'm really looking forward to my balayage on Saturday!

Hello Pippa. We currently do Hd Brows on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at our Pinewood branch and on a Saturday at Foxhall Rd. A 48 hr skin test is required before an appointment for this service. Thank you
