- When booking colouring/tinting/lash extension services a 48hr skin test is required if you are a new colour client or have not had an appointment with us within a year.
- Be aware if you are to book a colour service this needs to be BEFORE any cutting or blow drying service.
- Please take the time to read the service description to make sure you are booking the correct service.
- A small deposit is taken to secure an online booking and will be taken off your final bill. You will lose this deposit if an appointment is missed or cancelled by you online. If an appointment is cancelled by a member of the team successfully you will be refunded.
- You may be contacted by a member of staff to alter timings and discuss your colouring requirements.
- You may find limited or no availability for some days. In this case please call your chosen branch as we can add you to the waiting list.
